Due diligence of Bellino hydropower plant

With the aim of providing the client with all the elements to evaluate the potential acquisition of Bellino hydropower plant, FROSIO NEXT carried out the due diligence of the plant.

In particular, FROSIO NEXT pefromed the following activities:

Technical part:

• Analysis of the available technical documentation provided by the client
• Visit to the plant
• Analysis of the reliability and completeness of the technical input data (hydrology, geology, topography)
• Analysis of the production and of the annual electricity generation
• Identification of the main technical-executive issues
• Evaluation of the potential improvements and relative costs
• Analysis of the operating costs

Administrative part:

• Analysis of the technical and administrative documentation
• Analysis of water concession, the analysis of the authorization path and of the PPA.
• Analysis of the decrees and of the PPA
• Analysis of the general authorization documentation
